Temporary signage.
Since May 2020, an innovative printing system for producing reusable temporary signs (reflective solutions) has been in use in our sign technology. We have opted for the digital printing solution to produce reusable traffic signs. The reflection of the actual base sign is not damaged, so that it can be used again and again. This process is not only sustainable, but also protects the "blank" from dust, dirt and vandalism. The printing is done on a removable, transparent film from ORAFOL®, which is applied to a base image carrier with a retroreflective film and can be removed again without leaving any residue after use. Only this specific combination of printer and film makes it possible to print the traffic sign colors in accordance with the relevant standards.
The German Association for Traffic Signs and Traffic Facilities has granted approval for the digital printing system with the specified material combination. The high quality of the materials used means that the transparent film cannot peel off or yellow and the printed symbols cannot fade. An additional layer of laminate can be applied to protect against graffiti. Use our innovative printing system for your needs for the latest generation of temporary traffic signs.
H13. HERY GmbH.
Of the approximately 50 companies nationwide that are currently authorized to produce temporary traffic signs, HERY GmbH is the only company in the High and Upper Rhine region.
The authorization seal consists of the code number (H13 for HREY GmbH), year and hole pattern of the quarter.
DANGER!
No-stopping signs for temporary measures must be created in accordance with the usual rules for the design of traffic signs. Here too, the additional sign must be made of retro-reflective foil as VZ 1040-34. Signs made in this way are invalid as a whole and towing is not possible.

Security.
The high quality of the materials prevents the transparent film from peeling off or yellowing or the printed symbols from fading.
To protect against graffiti, an additional layer of laminate can be applied. -
Sustainability.

Step 1. The print template.
For the printing template required for production, the relevant traffic sign plan and a detailed description of the measure. For planning boards, a sketch with size information.
Step 2. The advance deduction.
You will receive the template, which is prepared in accordance with legal standards and specifications, digitally for review and approval.
Step 3. The base support.
We can offer our customers and partners 3 options for the provision of certified, temporary signage:
Variant 1:
Carrier material with the RAL quality mark is provided by the customer (the prerequisite is that it is in perfect condition and meets the RAL quality mark) and our technicians apply the special film to it. The H13 authorization seal is applied to the back by our technicians. The costs incurred are for typesetting, printing and material.
Variant 2:
Carrier material with the RAL quality mark is rented by HERY and covered with the printed special film. We attach the H13 authorization seal to the back. The costs incurred are for typesetting, printing, material and rental. We rent the carrier material to the customer. The removal of the film from the blank is included in the fixed price.
Variant 3:
We sell the carrier material with the RAL quality mark to the customer and our technicians apply the special film to it. We attach the H13 authorization seal to the back. The costs incurred are for typesetting, printing, material and purchase. The carrier material becomes the property of our customer upon purchase.
Step 4. Production.
The temporary traffic sign is produced on a lettering film. The printed film is then professionally produced on the base image carrier (with a retroreflective film). The carrier must come from a RAL-certified sign company and have the valid RAL quality mark.
Step 5. Application.
The valid authorization seal is affixed to the back of the basic image carrier, the temporary traffic sign, the additional sign or the planning board next to the RAL certification.
Step 6. Shipping.
The finished temporary traffic sign will be delivered to our client by self-collection, by post or, in urgent cases, by courier.
Step 7. The result.
Our client has a temporary traffic sign approved by the Quality Association for Traffic Signs and Traffic Facilities eV. The forms and contents of the temporary traffic signs correspond to the model of the StVO.
Without an authorization seal, proper acceptance of the temporary signage is not possible!
